The bill (Reg. No.5498) determines "a special legal regime of sale and export of forest resources (except of wood-base material)".
The Committee Chairman stated that the topicality of the bill is explained by the "non-regulation of the activity of economic entities connected with the sale and export of forest resources (except of wood-base material)".
For every lot of forest resources registered during the export operation at the customs border, the economic entity shall submit a provenance certificate for this lot of forest resources issues by a state executive authority body in charge of forestry.
